Overview

Frawa Fit ("Frawa Fit", "we", "us") provides a fitness app and web services for workout tracking, nutrition planning, and coaching features. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Account information such as email, name, and authentication credentials
• Profile and onboarding data including age, sex, goals, and equipment
• Training logs, routines, meal plans, and app preferences
• Subscription and billing metadata processed by Paddle (we do not store card numbers)
• Usage data and device information needed to operate and secure the service

How we use data

We use your data to deliver core app features, personalize coaching and nutrition recommendations, process subscriptions, improve reliability, and communicate important account updates.

Analytics

We use PostHog to understand how the marketing site and app are used (page views, feature funnels, and product events). Events are tagged with a platform (web or mobile). We do not send workout sets, body metrics, meal details, or chat message content to analytics. PostHog data is processed in the EU region by default (eu.i.posthog.com) unless configured otherwise. Empty analytics keys disable tracking.

Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure, analytics, and payment providers required to run Frawa Fit (for example hosting, email delivery, PostHog for product analytics, and Paddle for billing). We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

You may update profile data in the app, export training data where available, and request account deletion by contacting support. You can manage marketing emails via unsubscribe links when applicable.
